I especially love wild orange because it's so versatile and one of the cheaper oils out there.

If you do not have one though a great alternative is to simmer a pot of water on the stove on low heat. I've also heard of people using their crock pots as well. Just make sure to keep the temperature low and the water filled so you don't burn your pan.
